| When are tournament fees due? | Tournament fees are due 12 days in advance of the tournament. |
| How can I get a refund of my tournament fees? | A full refund can be provided up to 9 days in advance of the tournament. If at a date closer to the event then 9 days, a player then has two options.
1. If we have an SGT player that wants to get into the event after the deadline, that player can then take your spot in the field. You will then receive a full refund.
2. If there are no SGT players who want to play in your spot, you can fill it with a non-SGT player. That player however is just playing to play, he will not be entered into skins, low gross or will be allowed to participate in any prizes. |
| When will there be a price break for players who join after the season starts? | The membership fee is discounted after each major. |
Tournaments |
| What is included in my tournament fee? | The tournament fee pays for the greens fee, the cart fee and range balls (when a range is on-site) and goes to cover the live scoring fee. |
| What do I do when I arrive at a tournament? | Please arrive at the course no later than 30 minutes before your tee-time. Head to the driving range and/or putting green to warm up. No later than 10 minutes before your tee-time please check in at the 1st tee. Skins, Low Gross, etc. will all be taken care of at the first tee. |
| When are the official results posted to the website? | Official results are posted to the website no later than the Monday following the tournament. However we make every effort to have them up sooner. Please keep in mind that the live scoring is not the official results. |
